We believe you deserve high indoor air quality. We can provide an environment with "Acceptable Fungal Ecology" because……. we know what that is!
We do NOT make irresponsible claims such as "We provide a mold-free environment."
Beware of anyone who makes that claim. Even God doesn't claim that.
We GUARANTEE mold will not grow where we have treated, regardless of future water intrusions!
We do NOT boast about a guarantee that becomes NULL and VOID when water happens. Mold usually does NOT grow without water anyway!
We know there are limits to all products. We know those limits, and we have remediation protocols that include a comprehensive spectrum of fungicides, antimicrobials, and delivery methods.
We do NOT fog in crawl spaces and attics. We are NOT committed to one brand….
even if it does have a cute little mold spore monster as a mascot!
We know that to prevent mold in New Construction, you must encapsulate with Forticel, AND provide desiccant heat so building materials are just dry enough.
We do NOT believe fogging "microscopic spikes" onto all building materials, no matter their moisture content, will provide long-lasting protection. It won't!
We can PREVENT MOLD in flood situations by extracting, heating, dehumidifying, and spraying effective fungicidal and encapsulant products.
We do NOT just come in and set up blowers and "dehus" and punch a few holes in the wall, only to return four days later hoping everything is dry. Too late. Mold happened!
